Trouble doesn't stray far from Chris Brown and early Sunday morning, it found him again as he was arrested for assault in Washington D.C. (October 27).
According to reports, the "Don't Judge Me" singer got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel and allegedly punched him in the face around 4:30am.
TMZ reports that his bodyguard was also arrested for the altercation and the alleged victim taken for evaluation at a local hospital.
Unfortunately, this may be more than just an assault charge as Chris is still on probation for the Rihanna incident in 2009. If found in violation, he could face up to four years in prison.
